Both Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd have 2 main business models:

  • The company purchases the raw materials (aluminium billets), manufacture the aluminum extrusions, and sell them. This approach requires higher working capital.
  • The customers purchases the raw materials, pay for the die cost, while Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd and /or the joint venture company perform the jobbing to manufacture the aluminium extrusions for a fee. This approach requires far less working capital as a major component of the cost of the aluminium extrusion product, which is the raw material itself, is supplied by the customers.

The company marketing strategy is divided to local and export:

Export

  • Singapore – direct selling to aluminium fabricatiors.
  • Puerto Rico – agent to market in this country.
  • Australia – stockiest and direct aluminium fabricators.
  • USA and Canada – agent to market

Note:  countries in 2, 3 and 4 have imposed anti dumping taxes on aluminium extruded profile from China, that give us a good price advantage.

Local

  • Stockiest – one stockiest each at various states in the country.
  • Direct factory manufacturers of industries that include furniture, electronic, conveyor, cold room, clean room and etc
